We were scheduled to have a test on chapter 1a vocabulary last week. The test date is moved next week, 2/13 for 62 and 2/14 for 61. 

Search YouTube for the Angelus chant. You want the one uploaded by Lyrical-Verse Ascent. Please listen to it at home. Practice any part that you think you might like to do as a solo. 

7th grade Spanish classes are scheduled for 4b vocab test this Thursday, 1/24. 

6th grade Spanish classes are scheduled for 1a vocab test 1/30 or 1/31.

82 Spanish test for 7a is scheduled for 2/5.

The break went by quickly, didn't it? Some reminders to help you get your groove goin' again:

Religion 7b has a number of things going on. Ask Mr. L about printing the Guadalupe posters now that the Christmas concert is over. I can meet you in the lab on Mondays, 1st period.  Also, the O Antiphon paper due date has been changed. Check your class tab. And we have some workbook work to do...for the next several weeks. 

Latin: we pick up where we left off. I always love getting back to Latin. (I really do!)

If you have a test that must be signed, please be sure to have it signed tonight and return it tomorrow. 

Please check your class tab to see the date for your test. We will do Quizlet Live the day before your test if possible. If for some reason we don't meet the day before your test, we'll still have the test on the scheduled day.

Use your Quizlet set--or mine--to review vocabulary for your chapter. Ten minutes a day on Quizlet four or five times a week practically guarantees you'll get an A, and who doesn't like A's?  You can find my Quizlet set by going to Quizlet and searching for Susan_DeLoach (all my sets should come up) or by going through Google Classroom (your Google Classroom code is listed under your class tab here on Quizlet), or you can use your own Quizlet set if you made one).

Many changes again to test dates. Check your class tab. I do apologize for so many changes. I'm not yet accustomed to seeing you all only 2 days a week this year. Please bear with me.

sQuizlet helps with the drudgery of memory work. If you're not using it, you're not taking advantage of a wonderful tool designed to make your life so much easier--but only if you take advantage of it.

Remember, you have approximately one month between vocabulary tests.  Take advantage of technology and Quizlet to help you study smarter. I mean, who doesn't like getting A's?!?!!!!

The test on Para Empezar, pt 1 will take place on 10/9, not 10/10. Sorry for the mix up. I didn't realize until this afternoon that you all have a field trip on 10/10. Please be sure to use Quizlet to study. You can access my set if you go through Google Classroom. Your classroom code is under the 6th grade Spanish tab.
